Hamilton Island Church. Perfect location for getting married with marriage ceremonies conducted on Island. Island Cottage has been the choice of stay for a number of wedding parties and it is located about 4 houses from the church.

Property Description: One of the original 'Executive Residences' built by Keith Williams on Hamilton Island has been delightfully redecorated and furnished for holiday letting. Definitely not 5 star rated BUT probably more suitable for some families and groupd. Located about 100m from the church pictured above and pretty well close to all the resort facilities. Fully self contained property with 3rd studio style bedroom located adjacent to the house. Good sized kitchen with plenty of good quality cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, 2 separate bathrooms and 3 big bedrooms make it ideal for extended families or 2 couples plus kids!

Fantastic outdoor areas including huge covered verandah and large gas BBQ and outdoors entertaining area. Big timber deck at side of house.

This holiday house sleeps up to 11 persons and is located on one of Hamilton Islands best ( and one of the quietest!!! ) streets with only a short walk to resort facilities and restaurants. If you want to get away from all the bustling night life for a quiet spot on Hamilton Island then this house offers you so much more space than just a resort cabin or hotel room. Then again, if you want to experience all the nightlife and entertainment that Hamilton Island offers you just a short 5 minute walk puts you right in the middle of all the restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, hotels and nightclub.

Gorgeous Catseye Beach is a short stroll away, the airport is about 5minutes buggy drive away and the Island marina is a few minutes buggy ride or walk away and the islands rental buggy fleet is only a short walk away.

Sleeping Configurations: bedding is a queen bed in the main bedroom with ensuite with toilet, double vanity and full size bathtub with shower above bath, huge big walkin robe with a foldup bed and spare mattress, 2nd bedroom ( BIG bedroom measuring 3.3m x 4.25m ) has a bunk bed, single bed and good quality rollaway ( 4 singles ) and outside studio style bedroom has a queen bed + spare single mattress. 2nd bathroom in the house is huge with vanity, toilet and full size bathtub with shower above bath.

House is air-conditioned with split system + ceiling fans and furnished as follows:

Laundry - big washing machine and good sized clothes dryer, iron, ironing board.

Kitchen - BIG fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, elec jug, toaster, sandwich maker, Arcosteel stainless saucepan set inc big spaghetti pot and stainless wok, good quality cutlery and crockery to suit 12 persons, good range of glasses - wine, flutes, tumblers, plastic outdoor set ( cups, plates, bowls etc ), BBQ set, stainless mixing bowls, stainless oven roasting pans/casserole dishes, cake tins, pizza trays, biscuit trays etc etc.

Dining room - dining setting, computer with internet access.

Lounge room - Big 68cm TV + DVD/CD with good quality sound system and selection of music CD's and DVD's, 2 cane 2 seater lounges, coffee table and other seating plus double bed divan.

Main bedroom - ceiling fan, queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, 58cm TV with DVD/CD player.

Ensuite to main bedroom - double sink vanity, separate toilet, full size bathtub with shower above bath.

Second bedroom - 1 bunk and 2 singles ( making 4 single beds ), ceiling fan, bedside tables, lamps, board games

Second bathroom - Single sink vanity, toilet and HUGE bathtub with shower above bath.

Studio Bedroom - adjacent to house - nearly 4m square, double bed + spare mattress, coffee table, ceiling fan, TV, phone, books.

Front Patio/Verandah - dining setting to seat 8 persons, extra outdoor chairs and furniture, hammocks, kids swing good quality 4 burner gas BBQ, bar with bar stools.

Front deck area - huge timber deck with plastic outdoor setting for 6 persons.

1st single bed in 2nd bedroom, 2nd single is a good quality rollaway bed.	Double bed + good quality divan with a double bed in the 3rd outside bedroom.	Double bed in 3rd bedroom - separate from the house and ideal for second couple/older kids bedroom.

One of the resorts swimming pools just off Catseye Beach. Terrific cocktail bar at the end of the pool - the Mango Temptation cocktail is to die for & lunchtime BBQ includes hamburgers, steakburgers, hotdogs, chicken skewers around $8pp. Pool is NICE & WARM and has got heaps of little areas for kids to explore. Sun lounges & plenty of grassed areas surround the pool - alternatively, drag your sun lounge onto the beach and relax on the sand underneath a palm tree - hopefully a waiter will notice you to take your drinks order. Paradise! What a civilised way to have a holiday!
